年龄相关性黄斑变性发病机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)是一种进行性退化的黄斑疾病,它是导致欧美国家老年人视力丧失的首要原因,在我国该病的发病率也逐年增加,该病大多始于50岁左右,患病率随年龄的增长而增加[1]。依据临床和病理特征,AMD可分为干性和湿性AMD。干性AMD(非渗出性、非新生血管性、萎缩性AMD)的特征表现为黄斑区视网膜色素上皮(RPE)与Bruch膜之间形成玻璃膜疣,
