摘要
目的探讨越鞠丸中不同工艺的栀子(生栀子、炒栀子、焦栀子)醇提物的抗抑郁活性。方法采用小鼠悬尾和强迫小鼠游泳实验两种行为绝望法复制小鼠抑郁模型,对越鞠丸中不同工艺的栀子醇提物分别进行抗抑郁活性研究。结果越鞠丸中不同工艺的栀子(生栀子、炒栀子、焦栀子)醇提物均能不同程度地缩短小鼠悬尾不动时间和小鼠强迫游泳不动时间,具有抗抑郁活性;焦栀子可显著缩短小鼠悬尾不动时间和游泳不动时间(P<0.05)。结论越鞠丸中不同工艺的栀子(生栀子、炒栀子、焦栀子)醇提物均有不同程度的抗抑郁活性,其中抗抑郁活性最高为焦栀子。
Objective To explore the antidepressant effect of Ethanol extracts of different processes of Fructus Gardeniae (raw gardenia, fried gardenia, baked gardenia) in Yueju pills. Method Two behavioral despair animal models (the tall suspension test and the forced swimming test of mice) were used to respectively study the antidepressant effect of Ethanol extracts of different processes of Fructus Gardeniae in Yueju pills. Result The Ethanol extracts of different processes of (raw gardenia, fried gardenia, baked gardenia) in Yueju pills can in different degrees shorten the duration of tail suspension and forced swimming of mice and had antidepressant effect. Baked gardenia can significantly shorten the duration of tail suspension and forced swimming of mice. Conclusion The Ethanol extracts of different processes of Fructus Gardeniae (raw gardenia, fried gardenia, baked gardenia) in Yueju pills have different degrees of antidepressant effect, among them baked gardenia has the highest antidepressant effect.
