民国时期移民垦殖新疆与国人民族问题关注探析

Research on the Reclamation of Immigrants in Xinjiang and Chinese Concern of Ethnic issues during the Period of the Republic of China

新疆在中国的战略格局中居于国防前沿,地位异常重要。民国时期,国人即关注新疆的移民垦殖问题,对相伴而生的民族关系问题也有深刻地思考。以史为鉴,研究民国时期学人对民族问题的思索,为时下民族问题的解决提供借鉴,另外探寻时人的思想与当今中国所采取民族政策的契合点,为当下民族政策寻找历史根源。

In the front position of national defense, the strategic position of Xinjiang province is very important. During the period of the Republic of China, Chinese have focused on problems of immigration and reclamation issues ; meanwhile, thinking the national relationship. The great development of Xinjiang laid a solid foundation for the ethnic relations, but differences in language, religion and customs make the contradictions exist. Taking history as a mirror, the scholars＇ study provide reference to solve the ethnic problems now; the same things between people＇ s thought and the national policy can search for the historical root of the policy; on the other hand, lay the theoretical foundation for building a harmonious ethnic relations.
