合肥产业转型升级水平及其在“中四角”中的地位研究

On the Level of Industrial Upgrading of Hefei and its Position in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

采用Lilien指数、More值和产业结构超前系数等方法,测度2004-2012年合肥产业转型升级进程、方向,并与长江中游城市群比较分析,研究发现:合肥产业转型升级速度大幅提升,与武汉相当,仅次于长沙;第二产业超前系数虽不及武汉、南昌,但第三产业超前系数高于该两市,位列长沙之后。合肥应当进一步提升产业转型升级水平,提升区域竞争力。

By using the methods of Lilien index, More value and advanced coefficient, the article analyzes the direction and speed of Hefei＇s transformation and upgrading during 2004 to 2012; meanwhile, the article compares Hefei with the City Cluster＇s in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River. The result shows that the speed of transformation and upgrading of Hefei has increased significantly, which is in line with Wuhan and second only to Changsha. Its advanced coefficient of secondary industry is less than that of Wuhan~ s and Nanchang＇ s, but its advanced coefficient of tertiary industry is higher than theirs, only less than that of Changsha＇ s. Therefore, Hefei should further increase its level of industry transformation and upgrading to improve regional competitiveness.
