区域环境风险专项评价体系探析 被引量:6

摘要 针对区域环境风险专项评价对象和保护目标分布的特点,构建了以规划回顾性分析和入区企业环境风险源项分析为基础,以区域环境风险防范措施和应急预案设置可行性评估为目的的非行政许可范畴的区域环境风险专项评价体系;结合风险评价结果,探讨了有关区域风险专项评价方法、区域环境风险物质储存量(在线量)的重大危险源评估、规划调整和环境风险防护距离控制等问题。
