人文关怀理念在康复护理管理中的应用

Concept of Humanistic Care in Rehabilitation Nursing Management Application

目的:研究分析人文关怀理念在康复护理管理中的应用。方法:选取2013年3月-2014年2月笔者所在医院收治的200例要接受康复护理的住院患者。按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组采用干预的康复护理措施,对照组采用常规的康复护理措施。观察比较两组住院患者体重情况和出院时间、SAS评分情况、对护理服务的满意度评分情况。结果:观察组患者体重增加大于对照组,住院天数少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者入院时,SAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理中、康复后及出院前的SAS评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者服务态度、责任心、业务熟练比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人文关怀应用于康复护理管理中,效果明显优于常规护理,能有效缓解紧张的医患关系。

Objective： To study the concepl of humanistic care in rehabilitation nursing management application. Method： Two hundred cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014 were selected. It was divided into the observation group and the control group, each group of 100 cases, The observation group used rehabilitation nursing intervention. The control group used conventional rehabilitation nursing measures. The two groups of hospitalized patients with weight and discharge time, SAS scores, and the score of nursing service satisfaction were observed. Result： The weight gain of observation group was greater than the control group, and the hospitalization days of observation group were less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Analyzed the comparison between two groups of patients with SAS scores, we found that in the observation group, the score of nursing, rehabilitation, discharge before SAS were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Satisfaction of patients in observation group was superior to control group, the difference had statistical significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect is better than routine nursing care applying the humanistic care to the management of rehabilitation nursing, it can effectively relieve the tense doctor-patient relationship.
