摘要
目的:探讨五常法在科室区域分工管理中的应用效果。方法:2013年1月笔者所在医院应用"五常法"(常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律)相关理论技术与区域分工管理相结合,对各个科室进行分工管理,经过1年的运行比较试验前后该科室在患者满意率、无菌物品合格率等方面的差异。结果:实施五常法技术管理后比较结果发现,该科室的工作环境、护士的工作效率和工作质量、无菌物品合格率、患者满意率都大幅提高,其中试验前患者的满意率为85.2%,试验后为98.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"五常法"技术在科室区域分工管理中的应用,能有效地提高护理质量、降低医源性感染的发病率、维护良好医院环境和保证医疗质量。因此,五常法理念值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect 5S in regional division of labor in the management of the department. Method:From 2013 to January in our hospital used&quot;5S&quot;(often tissue,often to rectify,clean,standardize,often self-discipline) theory and the regional division of labor management combination,division management of various departments,through the differences before and after a year of operation of the department of comparative experiments in patient satisfaction rate,qualified sterilized articles rate etc. Result:It was found that the comparison results of implementation of 5S technology management, the sections of the work environment,the nurse’s working efficiency and working quality,qualified rate of sterile articles,patient satisfaction rate was greatly improved,the experiment before the patient’s satisfaction rate of 85.2%,after the experiment was 98.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The application of&quot;5S&quot;technology in the Department of the regional division of labor management,can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection,maintain a good hospital environment and ensure the quality of medical care,therefore,the concept of 5S method worth popularization.
