摘要
我国劳动密集型企业生产员工离职率过高,影响了企业的用工成本和正常运营.通过对我国东南沿海劳动密集型企业的调研,采用实地调研和SPSS因子分析法对生产员工离职原因进行因子提取和排序.研究发现,工作和薪酬福利依然是生产员工最为关注的因素,而晋升培训、领导因素、参与管理、组织激励、生活设施和人际关系也逐渐成为生产员所关注的主要对象.并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议,以期对企业降低离职率提供帮助.
Because of the high rate of production staff turnover ,the causes of turnover was analyzed with the method of factor analysis ,176 valid samples were adopted from the labor-intensive factories that produced textile clothing ,leather and footwear and electronics products etc in southeast coast of China . The result shows that the work and the pay and benefit are still most concerned by production staff ,but the promotion and training ,the leadership ,participation in management ,motivation ,living facilities and relationship have gradually become the main objects of concern by the production staff ,so for man-agers in enterprise ,adequate attention should be given for the new development and trends .Finally ,on the basis of analysis result ,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward .
