髋关节置换术后金属离子相关问题的研究进展

摘要
随着关节外科从假体设计、手术技术到术后康复的不断发展,人工关节置换被越来越多的应用于各种髋关节疾病和损伤的治疗中,全髋关节置换手术也被认为治疗严重髋关节疾病的一种标准疗法。但是人工髋关节置换术满意的临床疗效并不意味着此技术完美无缺。置换术后可通过多种途径产生释放大量的金属离子而随血液遍布全身,从而对人体产生不利影响[1]。
