二膦酸盐对脊柱融合的影响 被引量:4

摘要 随着人口老龄化,接受脊柱融合术的老年患者逐年增加。而老年患者,特别是老年绝经后妇女带来的另一问题是骨质疏松症。骨质疏松是脊柱融合的不利因素,二膦酸盐是目前治疗骨质疏松症的一线药物,它抑制骨吸收的作用对脊柱融合过程是否存在影响,以及接受脊柱融合术的骨质疏松症患者,术后是否应继续应用二膦酸盐、何时应用,仍然存在广泛争议。因此,本研究针对二膦酸盐对脊柱融合的影响作以综述。
