紫茜抗癌胶囊对大鼠的长期毒性研究

Long-term Toxicity of ZIQIAN Anti-cancer Capsule in Rats

目的:观察连续灌胃给予紫茜抗癌胶囊对大鼠产生的毒性反应。方法:80只Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,按体重随机分为高、中、低剂量组及空白对照组,高、中、低剂量组给药剂量分别为3.43、2.05、0.686g/kg(相当于临床剂量的50、30、10倍),连续灌胃给药90天,按常规方法观察动物一般状况、体重、摄食量、血液学指标、血液生化学指标、脏器重量系数及组织病理学改变。结果:紫茜抗癌胶囊高剂量组肝脏略微出现少量炎性细胞浸润,肾间质血管轻度扩张充血,其它各剂量组各项指标与对照组比较均无明显差异。结论:紫茜抗癌胶囊长期连续灌胃未见明显毒性反应,长期服用安全。

Objective：To evalute the long-term toxicity of 7IQIAN anti-cancer capsule in rats. Methods：80 Wistar rats were ran- domly divided into one of four diet groups, each group was orally supplemented either normal diets or diets with ZIQIAN anti-cancer capsule at a dose of 3.43, 2.05,0. 686g/kg （equivalent to the clinical dose of times 50,30,10） for up to 90d, respectively. The tox- icity of ZIQIAN anti-cancer capsule to rats was assessed based on the status changes of growth rate, appetite, bloodhemo and bichemi- cal outcomes, organ weight index and histopathologic profile in post-dosing. Results：ZIQIAN anti-cancer capsule high-dose group, liver slightly in a small number of inflammatory cell infiltration, renal vascular mild expansion of congestion. No significant differ- ences of other physiological parameters were seen in the rats treeted with 2.05 and 0. 686g/kg. Conclusion： Highest dosing of ZIQIAN anti-cancer capsule could produce slightly toxicities in rats, and receving a dose below 2.05 g/kg is relatively safe.
