维药神香草不同提取物镇咳、祛痰作用比较研究

Constrast Research on Antitussive and Expectorant Effects of Different Extracts from Hyssopus officinalis L.

目的:比较维药神香草水、醇提物及乙酸乙酯萃取物的镇咳、祛痰作用。方法:分别采用小鼠氨水引咳法、气管酚红排泄法考察其镇咳、祛疾作用。结果:阳性对照组和神香草不同提取物给药组对浓氨水致小鼠咳嗽反应有明显抑制作用,能延长小鼠咳嗽反应的潜伏(P<0.05),能明显提高小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量(P<0.05)。其中神香草乙酸乙酯萃取物的作用更显著,并呈剂量依赖趋势(P<0.05)。结论:神香草乙酸乙酯萃取物镇咳、祛痰作用比其水、醇提取物更显著,推测神香草乙酸乙酯萃取物可能是其主要活性部位。

Objective.. To compare the antitussive and expectorant effects of water, ethanol and Ethly Aectate extracts from Hysso pus officinalis L. Methods：The antltussive effect was studied by the cough model induced by ammonia inmice; the expectorant effect was studied by a mouse model of phenoled test. Results： The experimental results showed that the positive control and differ- ent extracts from Hyssopus officinalis L. groups can reduced the number of ammonia spray-induced cough in mice （P〈0.05）, pro- moted the phenol red excretion of mousetracheal （P〈0.05）, in wich the Ethly Aectates groups effects were more significant （P〈 0.05） and it is showed Dose-dependent trend1. Conclusion： The Ethly Aectates from Uighur Medicine Hyssopus officinalis L. have obvious theantitussive, expectorant effects.
