摘要
目的:建立鸡骨香的水分、灰分及浸出物的限度检查,为鸡骨香药材的质量标准提供依据。方法:采用2010年版《中国药典》方法对鸡骨香中的水分、灰分及浸出物进行测定,并对浸出物的提取条件进行优化。结果:测得鸡骨香药材中水分不得超过11.4%,总灰分不得超过7.0%,浸出物测定用稀乙醇做溶剂,以热浸法进行测定,所得浸出物不得低于14.0%。结论:鸡骨香的浸出物、水分、灰分含量可作为鸡骨香药材质量标准的重要指标之一。
Objective： To test the limits of moisture, ash and extract in C. crassifolius Geise. 1 and provide the basis for the quality standards of Croton crassifolius Geise. 1. Methods： The content of moisture, ash and extract were test according to 2010 ＂China pharmacopoeia＂ methods and the extraction conditions of extract was optimized. Results：Moisture content shall not be over 11.4 and ash content is no more than 7.0 % ;The extract which make from dilute ethanol solvent by hot dip method obtained shall not be less than 14.0 %. Conclusion：The content of moisture, asn, extract in Croton crassifolius Geise. 1 can be used as one of the impor- tant indicators of quality standards.
