摘要
目的:建立癫痫清颗粒质量控制的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用硅胶G薄层板对癫痫清颗粒中石菖蒲、胆南星、制何首乌、知母采用TLC色谱法鉴别。结果:该制剂中四味药的鉴别,斑点明显,分离度和重现性好。结论:所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为癫痫清颗粒的薄层鉴别方法。
Objective: The research aimed to establish a method for thin-layer identification to control the quality of Epilepsy Qing Particles. Method: The TCL chromatography Silica G thin layer plate was established to identify Rhizoma Acori Graminei, Rhizoma Acori Graminei, Radix Polygonum Muhiflorum Preparata, rhizoma anemarrhenae. Result:The identification of four herbs in the preparation, which the spots were clear, degree of separation and reproducibility were better. Conclusion : The method will be used for thin-layer identification of Epilepsy Qing Particles, which is simple and convenient, sensitive, accurate, and specific.
