中药复方效应物质基础研究及展望

Progression on Studies of Effective Components of Chinese Herbal Compound

随着中医药科学现代化的到来,中药复方效应物质基础研究也成为了中药进军世界、在国际上获得一定认可的必经之路。文章对近年来国内外对该领域的主要研究方法进行了综述,并且对研究过程中的一些细节问题如实验对象的选择、效应指标检测方法以及对于实验样本的处理、最终效应成分的确定等方面的问题进行了分析及阐述。随着科学技术的不断进步,中药复方药效物质基础的研究必然将会有更多新方法、新技术出现,解决目前尚不能解决的问题,通过多学科交叉,交流协作,将为中药复方效应物质基础的研究带来新的发展。

With the advent of modern medical science, the effective compounds of traditional Chinese medicine has become the sure way into the world and get some recognition in the international area. A review, including the major domestic and foreign research methods in this field, was made, based on the summary of many reports, and some of the details in the research process, such as the selection of subjects, as well as effects of the experimental method for testing the sample processing, and ultimately to determine the effect of composition and other issues are analyzed and explained. As science and technology advances, the effective compounds of Chinese herbal formula research will have more new methods, new technologies inevitably, to resolve the current problem which is not yet solved. Through a multi-disciplinary, collaborative and exchanges, which will bring new development of the effective compounds of Chinese herbal formula.
