润肠通便汤治疗老年便秘临床观察

Ruichang Tongbian Decoction Treating Senile Patients with Constipation

目的:探索治疗老年便秘的有效手段。方法:将106例60岁以上患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例口服润肠通便汤,对照组46例口服通便灵胶囊。结果:观察组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率67.39%,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用润肠通便汤治疗老年便秘,效果显著。

Objective ： To explore the effective methods of treating senile patients with constipation. Methods ： 106 patients over 60 years old were divided into two groups ： the treatment group and the control group. 60 cases in the treatment group were given orally Ruichang Tongbian Decoction while 46 cases in the control group were given orally Tongbianling Capsules. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was respectively 95.00% and 67.39%. There was markedly significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion ： The effect of Ruiehang Tongbian Decoction is marketable for treating senile patients with constipation.
