摘要
目的:探讨核磁共振全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI)在恶性肿瘤分期中的临床应用价值。方法:选取临床诊断为恶性肿瘤(除脑肿瘤外)的患者32例,行核磁共振全身弥散加权成像检查,利用三维最大密度投影(3D MIP)及黑白翻转技术重建出类PET图像,测量病灶的表观弥散系数(ADC),并进行良、恶性病变的ADC值对比,同时进行统计学分析。结果:核磁共振全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI)检查发现32例患者145个病灶,淋巴转移与其他转移分别增多了36%和22%,检查后46.8%的患者肿瘤分期发生了改变。结论:核磁共振全身弥散加权成像技术对恶性肿瘤的临床分期具有重要的作用。
Objective: To study the magnetic resonance whole body diffusion weighted imaging ( WB- DWI ) in malignant tumor staging. Methods : Malignant tumor patients ( except brain tumors ) 32 cases underwent magnetic resonance whole body diffusion weighted imaging, 3d maximum density projection ( MIP ) 3d and black and white and reverse technology reconstruction of PET images. The apparent diffusion coefficient ( ADC ) was measured, benign and malignant lesions and the ADC values of contrast at the same time were made the statistical analysis. Results : The magnetic resonance whole body diffusion weighted imaging ( WB - DWI ) can check 32 cases of patients with 145 lesions, lymphatic metastasis and viscera and ( or ) other transfer increased by 36% and 22%, respectively. 46.8% of the patients with tumor stage changed after the inspection confirmed by clinical as malignant lesions or metastases. Conclusion : WB-DWI postoperative metastasis lesions detected in patients with breast cancer can have important clinical value. The magnetic resonance whole body diffusion weighted imaging plays an important role on the clinical stages of malignant tumor.
