广州某水厂取水管道中附着生长的淡水壳菜量有所上升,管道阻力增大,导致运行成本增加,管道安全性下降,未能通过定期投加较低浓度的次氯酸钠来实现淡水壳菜的控制。因此,进行了高浓度次氯酸钠消毒和水力冲刷实地试验,探讨去除淡水壳菜、降低管道阻力的方法。结果表明,将消毒余氯量从1 mg/L提高到2 mg/L,消毒时间为4 h时,能清除约150 kg淡水壳菜,使取水量上升0.84%,泵站出口压力下降1.01%。而水力冲刷速度宜在2 m/s以上,但由于长距离输水管道的操作环境所限,只有少数管段的冲刷流速能达到2 m/s以上,其余管段多在1.67 m/s,故水力冲刷效果不明显。
Limnoperna fortune was found in water pipe of a water work in Guangzhou. It is necessary to disinfect the water pipe regular to keep the water drag. The number of Limnoperna fortune was increased from 2012-09 so that the water drag and running cost also increased and the safety of water pipe decreased. The higher concentration NaC10 disinfection and scour field test was conducted to decrease the water drag. It is proved that about 150 kg Limnoperna fortune was cleaned up, water flow has increased 0.84 %, the pressure of pump station has decreased 1.01% after 4h disinfection with 2 mg/L residual chlorine. The suitable scour speed is 2 m/s or more but the scour speed can reach 2 m/s in only few pipe sections, in the other pipe sections, scour speed is about 1.6m/s. The effect of scour is limited.
