热毒宁注射液治疗肠道病毒71型感染重症手足口病的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of Reduning injection in treatment of severe hand,foot,and mouth disease patients infected with enterovirus 71

目的研究热毒宁注射液治疗肠道病毒71型(EV71)感染重症手足口病的效果与安全性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择医院2012年6月-2013年6月112例EV71感染重症手足口病患儿,随机分为两组,观察组56例患儿给予热毒宁注射液治疗,对照组56例患儿给予利巴韦林注射液结合抗菌药物治疗,观察两组患儿退热起效时间、体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消失时间及治疗效果相关指标。结果观察组总有效率为98.21%,对照组总有效率89.29%;观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,观察组退热起效时间、平均住院时间、体温正常时间、皮疹消失时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP均恢复正常,肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)较治疗前明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组降低幅度明显大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗EV71感染重症手足口病具有起效快、退热迅速的特点,并可加速皮疹消退,可有效保护心肌及抗炎功能,具有显著的疗效。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Reduning injection in treatment of severe hand, foot, and mouth disease patients infected with enterovirus 71 （EV71） and analyze the safety so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment. METHODS A total of 112 severe hand, foot, and mouth disease patients infected with EV71, who were treated in the hospital from Jun 2012 to Jun 2013, were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups, then the observation group with 56 patients was treated with Reduning injection, the control group with 56 patients was given the ribavirin injection combined with antibiotics therapy; the fever onset time, time of body temperature returning to normal, time of disappearance of rashes, and curative effect were observed and compared between the two groups of children. RESULTS The total effective rate was 98. 21% in the observation group, 89.29% in the control group; the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The fever onset time, average hospitalization duration, time of body temperature returning to normal, and time of disappearance of rashes were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The CRP level of the two groups returned to normal after the treatment, the levels of creatine kinase （GK） and creatine kinase MB isoenzyme （CK-MB） were significantly reduced after the treatment, as compared with those before the treatment, there were sig- nificant differences （P〈0.05）; there was a significant decrease in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The Reduning injection is characterized by the quick onset of action and rapid antifebrile and can accelerate the disappearance of skin rash and effectively protect the myocardium and anti-inflammatory functions, with the efficacy significant.
