血管外科手术切口感染病原菌及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析血管外科手术切口感染病原菌分布及耐药性,有效预防术后切口感染。方法回顾性调查分析2008年1月-2012年12月血管外科收治的各类手术患者635例,分析手术切口感染病原菌分布及耐药性,采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 635例手术患者术后发生切口感染16例,感染率为2.52%;送检标本中共分离出病原菌27株,其中革兰阳性菌17株占62.96%,革兰阴性菌10株占37.04%;除对亚胺培南高度敏感外,革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌对常用抗菌药物均产生了一定的耐药性。结论通过术前纠正并发症、术中严格无菌操作、彻底冲洗切口、术后合理使用抗菌药物等干预措施,可有效降低血管外科手术切口感染的发生率。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens causing surgical incision infections in department of vascular surgery so as to effective prevent the postoperative incision infections. METHODS A total of 635 patients who underwent surgeries in the department of vascular surgery from Jan 2008 to Dec 2012 were retrospectively investigated, then the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens causing surgical incision infections were analyzed, and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS13. 0 software. RESULTS The postoperative incision infections occurred in 16 of 635 patients with the infection rate of 2.52%. Totally 27 strains of pathogens have been isolated from the submitted specimens, including 17 (62.96M) strains of gram-positive bacteria and 10 (37.04%) strains of gram-negative bacteria. The gram-positive bacteria and gramnegative bacteria were highly susceptible to imipenem and showed certain resistance to the commonly used antibiotics. CONCLUSION The implementation of intervention measures, including the preoperative treatment of complications, strict intraoperative aseptic operation, thorough incision flushing, and reasonable postoperative use of anti- biotics, can effectively reduce the incidence of surgical incision infections in the department of vascular surgery.
