丹参饮片外观性状与丹酚酸B含量的关系探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过对丹参饮片的外观性状与丹酚酸B含量的相关性研究,探讨丹参饮片的质地、直径、颜色与丹酚酸B含量的关系。方法采用埋沙法测定丹参饮片的密度,考察丹参饮片的质地,游标卡尺测定丹参饮片的直径,直观法观察丹参饮片颜色,高效液相法测定丹酚酸B的含量。结果丹参饮片直径大、质地致密、棕红色系,其丹酚酸B含量颜色较高;直径小、质地疏松、灰褐色系,其丹酚酸B含量较低。结论丹参饮片中丹酚酸B含量与其直径、质地呈正相关,与颜色的色系也有一定关联。 Objective To investigate the relationships between diameter , density , color and quality in the Salvia miltiorrhiza slice through exploring the appearance and the content of Dan phenolic acid B. Methods Using sand buring method to measure the density;diameter is measured by vernier caliper; Salvia miltiorrhiza slice cc,lor is detected by visual observation; using HPLC method to detect the content of salvianolic acid B. Results The content of salvianolic acid B is high in Salvia miltiorrhiza slices of large diameter, texture dense, palm red;while the salvianolic acid B content is low in Salvia miltiorrhiza slices of small diameter, loose texture, beige. Conclusion The content of Dan phenolic acid B are positively related with diameter and density , and also linked to color to some degree.
