蒲黄、松花粉相互掺伪的鉴别

目的鉴别相互掺伪的蒲黄及松花粉。方法采用显微镜观察蒲黄及松花粉花粉粒的特征。结果蒲黄花粉粒表面有网状雕纹和有凸状波纹等;而松花粉的花粉粒表面光滑且两侧各有一膨大的气囊等。结论蒲黄、松花粉二者来源不同,功效各异,应分别使用,对症下药,不能混淆。

Objective To distinguish between mutual adulteration of pollen typhae and pollen pini. Methods Through the microscopic to observe the characteristics of pollen typhae and pollen pini. Fesuits There are reticulate sculpture and a convex corrugated in the surface of pollen typhae, while the surface of pollen pini is smooth, and there is an inflated balloon on both sides of pollen pini. Conclusion The source and effect of pollen typhae and pollen pini are different. We should choose and use them according to the patient＇s condition.
