解毒泄浊益肾汤治疗痛风性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Obeservation of Jieduyishen Decoction in Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的观察解毒泄浊益肾汤治疗痛风性关节炎的有效性及安全性。方法将80例痛风性关节炎患者按随机数字表平均分为2组,治疗组口服自拟方解毒泄浊益肾汤,对照组口服痛风定胶囊,连续用药4周,观测两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、血尿酸、血清尿素氮及血肌酐,对各项检测数值和临床疗效进行比较。结果两组患者的临床症状和尿酸值较治疗前都有明显改善,治疗组在症状体征、综合疗效方面优于对照组,其降低血尿酸、血清尿素氮和血清肌酐也优于对照组,同时在安全性方面主观不适症状较少。结论解毒泄浊益肾汤缓解关节疼痛症状、改善临床体征等方面具有较良好的作用,且有降低血尿酸、血尿素氮和血肌酐的作用,未发现明显毒副反映,适合长期服用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of Jieduyishen decoction in treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods 80 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group were treated with Jieduyishen decoction. The control group were treated with Tongfengding capsule. Symptoms, BUA, BUN, and Scr were evaluated between the two groups after 4 weeks continuous medication. Results clinical symptoms improvement and over;dl effect of treatment group was better than that of control group . The lower BUA, BUN and Scr effect was superior to control group. Conclusion Jieduyishen decoction in reliefing pain and improving clinical symptoms have relatively good effect, and has lower BUA, BUN and Scr effect, which found no obvious side to reflect, is suitable for long-term use.
