基于故障分量的电网广域后备保护算法

摘要 故障分量是由系统故障引发的,因此故障分量中包含着许多故障信息,研究故障分量对电网保护至关重要.在尽量避免通信拥堵的前提下借鉴方向纵联保护原理,并根据故障分量的特点,提出了一种基于正序故障分量的方向纵联差动保护算法.为了增加算法的可靠性,以正序电流相位差原理作为辅,两种算法相互配合,不需要复杂的整定关系,能反应所有短路故障类型,并能区分母线支线路故障.采用IEEE 9节点模型进行了大量仿真验证,结果表明,该保护方法能够正确识别故障元件. The fault component is caused by system failure.Thusly,the fault component contains a lot of fault information.Studying on the fault component is important to power grid protection.Referring to traditional differential protection principles and according to the characteristics of fault component,a wide-area backup protection algorithm is presented for power grids based on positive sequence fault component,under the premise of avoiding communication congestion.In order to increase the reliability of the algorithm,the principle of positive sequence current phase difference is used as auxiliary.The two algorithms cooperate with each other,without the need of a complicated setting relationship.It responses all short fault types,and can distinguish between bus fault and line fault.Using the IEEE 9 nodes model as a simulation model,a large number of simulation and verification is carried out.The simulation results show this algorithm can identify the fault element correctly.
