瑞利光散射法测定餐具十二烷基苯磺酸钠残留

Determination of Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate Residual on Dinnerware with Rayleigh Scattering Spectrum

摘要 根据饮用水中十二烷基苯磺酸钠残留所产生的瑞利光散射强度与其浓度的关系,建立了用瑞利光散射法测定饮用水中微量十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)表面活性剂的方法,并对餐具清洗后残留的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的含量进行了研究.实验结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠低浓度(16—80μg/mL)的情况下,瑞利光散射强度都与溶液中的SDBS浓度里较好的线性关系.结果表明,该方法操作简单快捷。灵敏度高,可以很好地用于餐具上SDBS残留量的快速筛选测定。 Rayleigh scattering spectrum of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) solution and the correlation between its intensity and SDBS concentration were studied. Good linear relation between the Rayleigh scattering intensity at 465 nm and the concentration of SDBS in the range of 16—80μg/mL was found. A novel method to rapid determination the trace SDBS in drinking water or residual SDBS on dinnerware was proposed. The method is fast, simple in manipulation and with high sensitivity, and is promising in screening test of the residual SDBS on dinnerware.
