Determination of Germanium in the Zinc Sulfate Electrolyte by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定电解液中的锗。在最佳实验条件下,锗的浓度在0—0.2mg/L范围内成线性关系,其相关性系数r=9999;其检出限为0.002mg/L,本试验方法灵敏度高.检出限低,操作简单,适合批量生产,为硫酸锌电解液中锗的测定提供了简单快速的测定方法。 A method of determination germanium in the zinc sulfate electrolyte by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. Under the optimized conditions, the fluorescence intensity kept a linear relationship with the concentration of germanium in the range of 0—0.2 mg/L, the correlation coefficients were 0.9999, respectively. The detection limits were 0.002 mg/L for germanium. The method provided is of the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limits, simple operation and is suitable for routine analysis, which offers a simple 'and rapid way for determining content of germanium in the zinc sulfate electrolyte.
