在线渗析-离子色谱法测定菊粉中的葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖 被引量:3

Determination of Glucose, Fructose, Sucrose in Inulin by on-Line Dialysis-Ion Chromatography

摘要 建立在线渗析-离子色谱法测定菊粉中葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖含量的方法。选用METROSEP CARB1(4mm×150mm)离子色谱分离柱,脉冲安培检测器,150mmol/LNaOH作为流动相,分离检测了菊粉中葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖含量。实验结果表明,菊粉中葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖的含量分别为0.76%、2.45%、6.72%。该方法具有灵敏度高、分离效果好,样品不需要衍生化处理,直接进行检测等优点,适合菊粉样品中葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖的分析测定。 Chromatography of ions is a method of detecting the composition of sugar in inulin.. The METROSEP CARB1 (4mm×150ram) ion chromatography separation column, pulse ampere detector, and 150mmol/L NaOH are chosen to be mobile phase, which can separate and detect the content of glucose, fructose and sucrose in inulin.. The experimental results show that the glucose, fructose and sucrose content in the inulin are 0.76%, 2.45% and 6.72% respectively. The method has several advantages, for instance, high sensitivity, excellent separating effect, besides, the derivatization process is unnecessary for those samples, which can be detected directly. It proves that this kind of method is suitable for the measurement of glucose, fructose and sucrose in the samples of inulin.
