摘要
[目的]对嘉兴地区秸秆降解菌部分霉菌分类鉴定。[方法]利用形态分类学方法和基于ITS序列的分子鉴定,对环境中原位分离的15种秸秆降解霉菌进行分类鉴定。[结果]1228属于哈茨木霉;1105、1012属于黑曲霉的不同菌株;1210、1234属于塔宾曲霉的不同菌株;1219属于赭曲霉;1021、1106、1110、1222、1229、1230、1232属于卷枝毛霉的不同菌株;1237属于米根霉;1109属于球毛壳菌。[结论]通过对秸秆降解菌的资源调查,为高性能秸秆降解菌的选育奠定基础。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to identify some molds decomposing straw in Jiaxing. [ Method ] By morphological taxonomy method and molecular identification based on ITS sequence, 15 kinds of straw-degradation molds in situ separating from the environment were identified. [ Result] Strain 1228 belonged to Hypocrea lixii; strains 1105 and 1012 belonged to AspergiUus niger; strains 1210 and 1234 belonged to Aspergil- lus tubingensis; strain 1219 belonged to Aspergillus ochraceus; strains 1021, 1106, 1110, 1222, 1229, 1230 and 1232 belonged to Mucor circinel- loides; strain 1237 belonged to Rhizopus oryzae; strain 1109 belonged to Chaetomium globosum. [ Conclusion] Via resource survey on straw-deg- radation strains, it could lay foundation for breeding high-performance straw-degradation strains.
