高压注射器在64排螺旋CT增强扫描中的护理应用

目的探讨高压注射器在螺旋CT增强扫描中的临床应用及护理方法。方法回顾性分析本院使用高压注射器进行螺旋CT扫描的300例患者的临床资料,全部使用非离子型造影剂,总结其穿刺、扫描结果及护理方法。结果 300例均获得高质量、高清晰度的图像,无空气栓塞、静脉炎、心脑血管意外出现。结论高压注射器是一种简便、高效的诊断器械,患者使用期间应该加强护理以预防毒副反应和并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical application and nursing methods of high pressure injector in enhanced spiral CT scanning. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 300 cases of this hospital use high pressure syringe spiral CT scanning was carried out in all patients,the use of non-ionic contrast,summarizes the puncture,the scan results and nursing methods. Results The 300 cases were to get high quality image,high resolution,no embolization,phlebitis,cardio cerebral vascular accident air. Conclusion High pressure injector is a simple,efficient diagnosis instrument,should strengthen the nursing to prevent occurrence of adverse reactions and complications during use.
