52例鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者围手术期的护理体会

Nursing Experience of 52 Cases of Nasal Septum Surgery Patients in Perioperation

目的总结鼻中隔矫正术患者的围手术期护理措施、注意事项。方法我院自2008年3月至2012年3月对52例手术病人,实施鼻中隔偏区矫正手术,52例病人中年龄最大的为68岁,最小的16岁,平均年龄38岁,男性多于女性。对他们进行术前准备、健康教育,术中配合,术后注意事项及出院指导解说。结果 52例患者消除了手术顾虑,做好了充分的术前准备;能以良好的心理状态接受手术;术中未出现因恐惧、紧张而致生命体征明显异常。术后能积极配合医护人员治疗与功能锻炼。出院患者来院复诊,伤口愈合良好,仅个别患者仍轻度鼻阻外,大部分患者自觉症状较佳,患者和家属对护理工作表示满意。结论综合有效的围手术期护理措施能够为临床治疗提供保障,减少心理疾病发生,提高患者疾病了解程度及满意度,使其了解治疗全程的配合情况,提高依从性、保障治疗效果,对患者恢复及预防并发症有重要作用。

Objective To summarize the experience of patients with nasal septum deviation of perioperation nursing care,matters needing attention. Methods In this hospital from March 2008 to March 2012,52 cases of patients for operation,the implementation of nasal septum deviation correction operation area,age in 52 patients of 68 years old,the youngest 16 years old,with an average age of 38,more men than women. Their preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation,health education,postoperative care and discharge guidance interpretation. Results In 52 patients the operation to eliminate concerns,make sufficient preoperative preparation; can accept operation in good mental state; surgery does not appear because of fear,tension and vital signs were obviously abnormal. Postoperative can actively cooperate with the treatment and functional training of medical staff. Patients discharged from hospital to hospital referral,the wound healed well,with only a few patients still mild nasal obstruction,most of the patients symptoms better,the patient and family satisfaction for nursing work. Conclusion Comprehensive and effective peri operation period nursing measures can provide support for clinical treatment,reduce psychological diseases,improve the level of understanding and satisfaction of patients with the disease,the treatment of full cooperation,improve the compliance of treatment of patients,security,recovery and prevention of complications are important.
