MicroRNAs在狼疮性肾炎中的研究进展

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮( SLE)是一种多系统自身免疫性疾病,它的特征是靶向核的自身抗体的产生引起了多器官的广泛免疫病理损害。免疫复合物沉积在肾小球则导致狼疮性肾炎( LN)的发生[1]。
