摘要
总结不含PVA的淀粉浆上浆中在机械方面可实施的质量控制措施。分析了不含PVA的淀粉浆上浆中存在的难点和解决办法。提出采用不含PVA的淀粉浆上浆首先应保证浆液含固率和黏度的稳定性;上浆中多浸多压,高压上浆,提高浆液对纱线的黏附力,从根本上预防落浆;上浆后进行湿分绞、分层预烘,保持浆膜完整、毛羽贴伏;烘燥主要控制烘筒温度,提高浆纱回潮率,保持浆膜柔韧性;浆纱出烘房后可利用上蜡来增加纱线光滑性和耐磨性;合理调控全机浆纱张力和伸长,充分保持纱线和浆膜的弹性。认为无PVA上浆对企业设备管理要求较高,只有以严格细致的基础管理工作为前提,才能较好地实现无PVA上浆。
Quality control measures of starch sizing without PVA can be implemented in mechanical aspect were summarized. Difficulties and solutions of starch sizing without PVA were analyzed. It is put forward that the stability of solid content and viscosity should be ensured firstly in starch sizing without PVA. More immersion and larger pressure in sizing, higher pressure sizing, adhesion of sizing to yarn is enhanced to prevent sizing falls fundamentally. After sizing and wet lease , layered pre-drying were carried out, size film and hairiness are keep better. Temperature of drying cylin- der in drying is mainly controlled , sizing moisture regain was increased and flexibility was ensured. Yarn smoothness and wear resistance can be increased by waxing after leave drying room. Sizing tension and elongation were controlled rationally, elasticity of yarn and size film were ensured fully. It is considered that demand of sizing without PVA is higher for enterprise equipment management, sizing without PVA can be achieved better only on the basis of strict and fine management.
