摘要
探讨C 18.2 tex棉本色纱碳足迹各个阶段的计算方法。给出棉本色纱的产品流程分析图,确定系统边界,统计其活动水平数据及排放因子,然后根据PAS2050的碳足迹计算步骤计算其结果。结果表明:从原料生产到产品销售运输,整个过程的二氧化碳排放当量为4 738.78 kg(汽车),4 682.58 kg(铁运),其中,纱线生产阶段的排放当量最高,其次是棉花种植阶段,二者相加4 585.055 2 kg,占整体排放当量的96.73%(汽车)和97.94%(铁运)以上。指出:纺织工业减少棉纱碳排放的重点应在生产阶段。
Calculation method of C 18.2 tex cotton carded yam carbon footprint in each stage was discussed. Product flow analysis chart of cotton yam was given, system boundary was determined, activity level statistical data and emis- sion factors were counted. Then the result was calculated by PAS2050 carbon footprint calculations steps. The result shows that from raw material production to sales and transportation, carbon dioxide equivalent emissions of the whole process are 4 738.78 kg ( car), 4 682.58 kg ( railway transportation). Equivalent emissions in yam production stage is the highest, the secondary is cotton cultivation stage, the equivalent emission of the time stages is 4 585. 055 2 kg. It is considered that the production stage is the key of reducing carbon emissions in cotton textile industry.
