摘要
探讨纱线毛羽形成原因及改善措施。阐述了纱线毛羽形态和形成机理,分析、总结了原料及各工序工艺影响纱线毛羽产生的原因,并提出了相应的措施和方法。认为,通过正确选择原料细度、长度、短绒含量,合理配置清梳工艺减少纤维损伤;控制精梳落棉率,有效排除短绒;优化配置细纱捻系数、牵伸倍数、锭速以及钢领、钢丝圈、集合器、导纱钩等工艺部件,选用金属槽筒,合理配置络筒速度及张力;采用纺纱新工艺、新技术和高性能纺纱附件等措施,可以达到有效控制纱线毛羽的目的。
Causes and modification measures of yarn hairiness were discussed. Hairiness shape and formation principle were introduced. Reasons of effecting yarn hairiness were introduced and analyzed from aspects of raw material and processing parameter selection in each process ,the corresponding measures and methods were put forwards. It is consid- ered that raw material fineness, length and short fiber content should be selected correctly, picking and carding processing parameter should be selected rationally to reduce fiber injury. Combed waste percentage should be controlled to eliminate short fiber. Related components should be optimized including spinning twist factor, draft multiple, spindle speed, ring, ring traveler,collector and yarn guider. Metallic grooved drum was used,winding speed and tension were optimized. Finally yarn hairiness can be controlled effectively through adopting new technology, new process and high performance spinning components.
