摘要 为了顺利纺制澳棉18.2 tex普梳纱,提高成纱条干均匀度,减少棉结,对纺纱各工序工艺参数配置进行了优化。针对澳棉纤维细小杂质不易排除、纤维经多道皮棉清理损伤较严重、短纤维含量相对较高的性能特点,对纺纱各工序工艺参数进行了优化,并优选了关键器材配件,提高了半制品及成纱的质量水平。清棉工序重视"短流程、多松少打、早落少碎、充分开松";梳棉工序加强"紧隔距、强分梳、多除杂、少损伤、多转移";并条工序头道并条采用5根并合,二道并条采用6根并合;粗纱工序采取大后区罗拉隔距、小后区牵伸倍数、小粗纱定量和大粗纱捻系数;细纱工序采取较小的前区隔距并应用压力棒隔距块。通过采取以上措施,提高了成纱条干均匀度,减少了棉结、杂质,使澳棉18.2 tex普梳纱的质量达到使用要求。 To spin Australian cotton 18.2 tex yam successfully,improve yarn evenness, reduce neps,processing parameter configuration in each process were optimized according to Australian cotton property. Key accessory components were optimized, semi-production and yarn quality were improved. In picking process, processing principle of shorter process, more opening less beating, enough opening was adopted. In carding process, processing principle of less gauge, stronger carding, less injury more transferring was adopted. In drawing process, five carded slivers were doubling in first doubling process, six carded slivers were doubled in second doubling process. In roving process, larger back zone roller gauge,less back zone draft multiple, less roving weight per unit and larger roving twist factor were adopted. In spinning process, less front zone gauge was adopted and press spacer was used. Through adopting the above measures,yam evenness can be improved, neps and impurity can be reduced,quality of Australian cotton 18.2 tex yam can be reached use demands.
