摘要
点云数据处理、曲面质量评价、特征提取与曲面建模是逆向CAD模型重构中的几个关键环节,简要介绍逆向工程的概念、特点、工作流程,以及利用逆向工程软件Imageware对点云数据进行处理的原理和方法,详细地阐述了如何由大量数据点进行曲线、曲面反求的曲面逆向设计方法,完成了头盔曲面的三维几何模型逆向设计,并论证了该方法的可行性,这种设计方法大大缩短了设计开发周期,提高了产品的设计效率。
Point data processing, extracting of features and surface construction, evaluation of surface quality are several key links in the reverse reconstruction of CAD model. Introduces the concept, characteristic and work flow of reverse engineering, the methods and principles of treating the clouds data using a RE software Imageware were also included. The reverse design method of surface is discussed in detail by curve and curved surface based on a large amount of points, the model surface of the helmet is reconstructed, the feasibility is also discussed in. This method largely shorten engineering development period, and heighten product engineering efficiency.
