2A70铝合金板状零件变形分析及校正工艺

摘要 为解决2A70铝合金板状零件在加工过程中出现较大变形及校正困难的问题,通过分析零件在热处理过程中残余应力的形成,得到零件在固溶处理及人工时效后其内部处于拉应力、表层处于压应力的状态,零件的变形是由于其局部切削加工使残余应力重新分布引起的。产生变形的零件由于强度高、塑性低,在校正过程中容易因应力集中而产生裂纹。在零件校正前进行固溶处理,可提高材料的塑性,降低变形抗力,解决变形零件校正困难的问题。 In order to solve the problem of large deformation and correction difficulty in the process of 2A70 aluminum alloy plate- like component, the formation of the parts residual stress has been analyzed in the heat treatment process. The inner of component is in a state of tensile stress after the solution treatment and artificial aging and the surface layer is in a state of compressive stress. The deformation of component is due to re-distribution of residual stress caused by its partial cutting processing. The deformation component is easily cracked because of stress concentration due to high strength and low plasticity during correction process. The problem of deformable component correction difficulty can be solved by solution treatment before correcting in the resuh of the increasing of plasticity and the reducing of deformation resistance.
