摘要
介绍了一种汽车车门自动检测系统。该系统的设计应用了数据库、运动控制卡及激光位移传感器,提高了汽车车门测量的自动化程度。该系统与传统汽车车门的测量检具相比具有以下两点优势:第一,车门测量数据库的建立有助于提高车门的生产质量及后续数据追踪;第二,采用运动控制卡控制、激光位移传感器测量的方式,具有自动化程度高、测量精度高、测量节拍快和测量稳定的特点。
Introduces an automatic measurement system of car door. The system using database, motion control card and laser displacement sensor improves the car door measurement quality and the degree of production automation. Compared with the traditional measurement method, the system has two advantages : first, the establishment of the car doors database would help the company with the tracking of car door measurement quality and production sales and service;Second,the design used motion control card and laser measurement has some characteristics:high degree of automation, high precision, high efficiency and the stable product quality.
