摘要 为实现对光电式接近开关动作距离的检测,将自动控制技术、计算机控制技术和激光技术应用在智能检测系统上,设计了一种光电式接近开关动作距离智能检测系统,并介绍了该系统的总体框架和工作原理。实现了检测平台远距离自动对焦和高精度测量,提高了检测效率和自动化程度。实践证明本系统运行可靠、稳定,智能化程度高。 An intelligent detection system for operation distance of photoelectric proximity switch is developed by using automatic control technology, computer control technology and laser technology to implement detection for operation distance of photoelectric proximity switch. Introduces the overall framework and working principle of the system. Auto focus for the remote platform and high precision measurement can be realized by the intelligent detection system which can greatly improve the productivity and automation. Practical application has proved that the system is stable, reliable and high intelligence.
