摘要
针对滚子轴承磨损失效易导致系统性能恶化的问题,以轴承NJ204为研究对象,通过对轴-轴承-基座为整体建立模型,对不同程度的磨损失效轴承进行了仿真分析,揭示了轴承的失效过程,得到了失效故障特征值,并进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果都表明基座振动信号频谱集中度能反映轴承磨损失效的程度,其值随轴承间隙的增大而增大。
The wear failure of cylindrical roller bearings can easily cause deterioration of the sys-tem.A model of bearings-shaft-base was made on the basis of bearing NJ204.The simulation of var-ying degrees of wear failure was analysized to reveal the failure process.The failure eigenvalue was obtained finally and verified experimentally.The results of simulations and experiments show that the spectrum concentration of the vibration signals can reflect the degree of bearing wear failure.
