摘要
[目的]含腙类结构的化合物具有杀虫、杀菌、除草等生物活性,在新农药创制中占有重要地位。发现具有更好生物活性的新化合物。[方法]利用新颖中间体合成含腙类化合物5个。并利用1H NMR等分析手段确定化合物的结构。[结果]生测活性测定表明某些化合物在600 mg/L下对小菜蛾显示出较好防效。该类化合物可作为先导化合物进行进一步优化研究。
[Aims] The compounds containing hydrazone group possess broad-spectrum biological activity, such as insecticidal activity, fungicidal activity, herbicidal activity, and so on. They play an important role in the discovery and development of new pesticides. This paper aims to discover highly insecticidal activity compounds. [Methods] Novel intermediates were used to synthesize 5 hydrazone compounds. The structures of five metaflumizone derivatives were confirmed by IH NMR. [Results] The test results showed that some compounds delivered good activities against Plutella xylostella at 600 mg/L. The present work demonstrates that metaflumizone derivatives can be used as potential lead compounds for developing novel insecticides.
