摘要
分析了亚温正火工艺的强韧化机理及应用条件。研究了亚温正火对一种低合金非调质铸钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明,亚温正火前必须进行预处理。采用合适的亚温正火工艺能细化晶粒,使铁素体量增加,材料的室温冲击韧性有较大提高。
The toughening mechanism and application conditions of subcritical normalizing were analyzed. The effect of subcritical normalizing on the microstructure and properties of low alloy non-quenched and tempered cast-steel has been studied. The results show that pretreatment before doing subcritical normalizing was necessary. With appropriate subcritical normalizing, the crystals grain was refined and the ferrite fraction was increased, and the toughness of steel at room temperature increased obviously.
