社区开放式康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Effect of community open rehabilitation training on life quality of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨社区开放式康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月-2013年10月在北京市海淀区精神卫生防治院的社区“康复者之家”进行开放式康复训练的40名患者，分别在人组前和经过6个月的开放性复康复训练后，采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、住院精神病人社会功能量表（SSPI）、生活质量综合评定问卷-74（成人用）（GQOLI-74）进行评定。结果40例患者经过6个月的社区开放式康复训练后，PANSS量表评分阳性症状、阴性症状及总分均显著低于入组时，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。SSPI量表在日常生活能力、动作和交往情况、社会性活动技能3个因子方面都有明显的提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。GQOLI-74量表在各维度上均有明显的提高和改善（P〈0．05）。结论院外“康复者之家”的社区开放式康复训练对于慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能、生活质量具有明显的改善作用，值得在慢性精神分裂症患者中应用，适合临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of community open rehabilitation training on life quality of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 40 patients who took open rehabilitation training in community ＂home of convalescent patients＂ of Haidian Mental Health Prevention-Treatment Hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were selected. After six months, the effect was valued and analyzed with positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS）, scale of social function in psychosis inpatients （SSPI） and general quality of life inventory （GQOLI-74）. Results After six months of open rehabilitation training, The positive, negative and total scores of PANSS were significantly lower than before rehabilitation （P 〈 0.05）. The three factors were significantly enhanced than before rehabilitation about the activity of daily living, action, communication and sociality skill of SSPI （P 〈 0.05）. The each dimension of GQOLI-74 was significantly enhanced than before rehabilitation in 40 patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The open rehabilitation training in ＂home of convalescent patients＂ is significant for patients to improve life quality and social function, it is worthy to use in rehabilitation training of chronic schizophrenia patients, it can be widely used.
