摘要 2型糖尿病是一种常见的慢性代谢性疾病,胰岛素抵抗是其发生的主要原因之一,伴随着胰岛细胞功能下降,最终发展为2型糖尿病。胰岛素抵抗发生往往与肥胖症相关,由于体脂的堆积,肌肉和其他组织对葡萄糖的利用率降低,造成胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症。脂肪组织能分泌多种细胞因子,包括脂联素、抵抗素、瘦素、内脂素、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1、血管紧张素原和视黄醇结合蛋4等。这些脂肪因子参与各种机体的代谢过程,作为肥胖与胰岛素抵抗间的一种联系,在2型糖尿病的发生发展中发挥重要作用。 Type 2 diabetes is a common chronic metabolic disease, which always results from insuhn resistance and islet function decline. Insulin resistance is often associated with obesity, because of the accumulation of body fat, muscle and other tissues reduce glucose utilization, resulting in insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia. Adipose tissue can secrete a variety of cytokines, including adiponectin, resistin, leptin, visfatin, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, angiotensinogen and retinol binding protein 4, etc. These adipocy- tokines involves in body's metabolic processes, as a link between obesity and insulin resistance, play an important role in the development of type 2 diabetes.
