摘要
为促使制造企业团队利用外部资源(外包)提升竞争优势,立足转型外包合作情境,构建关系质量对外包创新绩效的作用模型,结合外包知识特性重点关注业务知识模块化对模型的调节效应。应用结构方程模型和层级回归分析实证表明,关系质量的三个维度(耦合、互动、持久)分别正向影响合作创新绩效,业务知识模块化对关系质量与创新绩效关系的调节效应以知识共享为完全中介,是一种被中介的调节作用。
In order to enhance manufacturing team competitive advantage by using of external resources(outsour-cing), base on business transformation outsourcing situation, the paper build a model about the effect among rela-tionship quality and innovation performance, focus on the characteristics of modularity of business knowledge as a moderator. Analyzed with the methods of SEM and hierarchical regression analysis, the empirical results indicate that relationship coupling, relationship interaction, relationship persistence have direct positive impact on innovation performance. Modularity of business knowledge moderate the impact of relationship quality and innovation perfor-mance though mediation of knowledge sharing, it's a mediated moderator.
