摘要
差错认知和激励偏好影响着创新行为,建立差错认知、激励偏好和创新行为的理论模型进行实证研究,结果表明:差错认知及其4维度差错能力、差错学习、差错沟通和差错思考能正向预测创新行为;内激励偏好和外激励偏好也正向预测创新行为;外激励偏好能正向调节差错认知氛围与创新行为的关系;但内激励偏好反向调节创新气氛与创新行为的关系。
Error cognition and motivational preferences affects employees' innovative behavior .in this study, a theo-retical model of error cognition, motivational preferences and employees' innovative behavior was established; and this paper carried out the empirical study. The results showed that: error cognition and it's four dimensions: error competence, learning from errors, error communication and thinking about errors positively predicted employees' in-novative behavior; intrinsic motivational preference and extrinsic motivational preference positively predicted em-ployees' innovative behavior; the extrinsic motivational preference positively moderates the relationship between er-ror cognition and employees' innovative behavior; yet, the intrinsic motivational preference negatively moderates the relationship between error cognition and employees' innovative behavior.
