摘要
文章从项目内部知识共享和项目间的知识共享两个方面对影响项目型组织内部知识共享的因素进行了系统分析,并分别以师徒模式、项目—组织—项目模式作为项目内部和项目间知识共享的主要方式,建立了项目型组织内部知识共享的系统动力学模型,模型的仿真结果表明,师傅在整个知识共享系统中发挥着关键作用,但要提高项目型组织内部知识共享的整体水平,不仅需要提高师傅的知识占有量,同时还应促进师傅尽可能多地向组织、徒弟共享知识。
This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in project-driven organization from two aspects of intra-projeet knowledge sharing and inter-project knowledge sharing. Then, the paper takes master-prentice mode and project-organization-project mode as the main mode of intra-project and inter-project knowledge sharing. The paper establishes the system dynamics model of knowledge sharing in project-driven organization. The simulation result of the model shows that master plays a key role in the whole knowledge sharing system. In order to improve the overall level of knowledge sharing in project-driven organization, not only the knowledge share of master need to be enhanced, but also the knowledge sharing of master for the organization and prentice should be promoted.
