摘要
实验采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取天然野生的白苏挥发油,并用气相色谱—质谱连用技术对白苏挥发油组分进行分离和鉴定。同时运用气相色谱面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量,实验检测结果表明:白苏挥发油中检验出38种组分,鉴定出38种化合物,其中主要成分以醇类为主,其中的主要组分有3—己烯—1—醇(25%)、1—己醇(14.78%)、3,7—二甲基—1,6—辛二烯—3—醇(9.9%)、乙酸丙酯(9%)、十六酸(6.2%)、苯乙醇(3.15%)等;并通过利用Fention反应检测白苏挥发油的抗氧化活性,发现白苏挥发油具有明显的清除羟基自由基的作用,表明白苏挥发油具有一定的抗氧化活性,本文可为以后天然野生白苏挥发油的综合利用提供一定的科学依据。
Natural periUa frutescens essential oil is distilled using steam distillation method. It is also separated and identified by GC-MS. After calculating the relative contents by Gas chromatography area normalization method, the data evidently shows that 38 components are detected and identified in Perilla frutescens. Alcohol, the main component, can be divided into 3-Hexen-l-ol (25%), 1-Hexanol (14.78%), 1.6-Octadien-3-ol.3.7-dimethyl (9.9%), N-propyl.acetate (9%),n-Hexadecanoic.acid (6.2%), Phenylethy Alcohol (3.15%)and so on. Fention action is used to determine Perilla frutescens antioxidant activity, which can be showed by Perilla frutescens's ability to scavenge hydroxyl radicals. This thesis will be useful for further study of the use of Perilla frutescens by providing many scientific evidences.
