极低频电磁场对不同性别断乳小鼠学习记忆能力的影响

摘要 目的探讨极低频电磁场对不同性别断乳小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法采用50 Hz,2.0 mT电磁场对断乳后的雌性、雄性小鼠进行长期磁场照射(1 h/d,连续2周),对照组进行假照射,应用Y-迷宫实验观察各组小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果经电磁场照射后,雌性和雄性磁场组小鼠进入各个臂的时间、次数以及时间、次数百分比与各自对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),雌性对照组与雄性对照组进入各个臂的时间、次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 50 Hz,2.0 mT极低频电磁场对不同性别小鼠在Y-迷宫中的学习记忆无影响,并且在学习记忆能力上雌雄性别无差异。 Objective To explore the effect of exposure to low frequency electromagnetic fields on learning and memory among male and female weanling young g mice. Methods Weanling young mice were exposed to 50 Hz magnetic field of 2.0 mT(1 hour/day) for 2 week,the control group were exposed to 0 mT,Y-maze was used to detect the ability of learning and memory. Results There was no statistical difference in the time and the number of staying each arms be-tween control group and treatment group after exposure to 50 Hz magnetic field of 2.0 mT(P〉0.05),the same results was observed between female control group and male control group. Conclusion low frequency electromagnetic fields has no influence on learning and memory among young mice in Y-maze test,and there is no significant difference between males and females.
