生长抑素治疗老年急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of somatostatin in the treatment of massive hemorrhage in elderly patients with acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis

目的：探讨生长抑素治疗老年急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月~2014年3月本院消化内科收治的且符合诊断标准的急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血老年患者84例，按照随机分组原则分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。两组患者均给予抑酸、止血、补液等常规支持疗法，观察组在常规基础疗法上加用生长抑素进行治疗。1周后观察两组患者的治疗效果以及复发率等。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），患者住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）；经1周随访，观察组复发率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论生长抑素治疗老年急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血效果显著，可降低再出血复发率，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of somatostatin in the treatment of massive hemorrhage in elderly patients with acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis. Methods From March 2012 to March 2014,84 elderly patients met the diagnostic criteria of massive hemorrhage in acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis were admitted into Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.The conventional supportive therapies including anti-acid,hemostasis,and fluid infusion,etc. were provided in both groups. Somatostatin was added to the observation group on the basis of conventional therapy.The therapeutic effect and recur-rence rate in both groups were observed after one week. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter in comparison with that in the control group （P〈0.05）.After one-week follow up visit,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower compared with that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of massive hemorrhage in elderly pa-tients with acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis,somatostatin can obtain a remarkable effect and reduce the recurrence rate of bleeding,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
